Ghanaian contemporary gospel artiste, John Winner has signed a mega record label deal with an oil-rich Arabian company.
This makes John Winner the first gospel artiste to be signed up by an Arabian firm whose main preoccupation is dealing in oil.
The assertion was further made more credible by videos of his late hit songs which were shot in the oil-rich Gulf region.
Despite this looking to be a good bargain for Winner, who also doubles as a minister of the gospel, some religious critics have slain the move by the artiste claiming it was an affront to Christianity which he is expected to project.
John Winner, the flamboyant artiste who sang the hit songs ‘God be too much’, I can’t imagine’ and call him, was however unavailable for a reaction as several attempts to reach him proved futile.
